Launch at Lapidum Boat Ramp and paddle up river to do a figure 8 around islands in the Susquehanna.
After launching, paddle up river around Spencer and Robert Islands.
This section of the river is only available to paddling when enough water has been eptied upstream from the Conowingo Dam. Here you are sill in the tidal region so the water will be fast moving. Only skilled paddlers should attempt this route.
